Stay Sharp provides mobile, on-site, and drop-off sharpening services for professional and household tools in the Richmond, VA area. Services are described in more detail on our website. Specialty tools may require custom pricing.

2. Use of Website

5. Scheduling & Availability

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or submitted form. While we make every effort to arrive on time, unforeseen delays may occur. Customers will be notified promptly of any changes. Drop-offs at our workshop near Downtown Richmond are by appointment only. Tools left unclaimed for more than 60 days may be considered abandoned.

6. Payment & Pricing

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards. Credit/debit cards may be subject to a 3% processing fee. Commercial clients may request invoicing. Rates are listed on our website or quoted in advance. Specialty or damaged tools may require additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our sharpening. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will re-inspect and, if necessary, re-sharpen your tool at no additional cost.

8. Limitations & Liability

Sharpening can extend tool life but cannot reverse wear, cracks, or defects.

We are not responsible for tools that fail due to prior damage, excessive wear, or misuse.

Clients are responsible for disclosing if tools have unique requirements or prior repairs.

All tools returned will be extremely sharp; customers assume responsibility for safe handling.

If It Ain’t Broke LLC is not liable for damages of any kind, including direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of services or information provided.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless If It Ain’t Broke LLC, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by third parties due to or arising out of your use of the website or services.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows may be subject to a fee.

11. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide service and communicate with customers. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

If It Ain’t Broke LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
